The most intense of our red wines.

Pinot Noir aged 18 months in barrels, giving it complex notes of black cherries and a slightly vanilla finish.

We recommend pairing it with fine yet powerful dishes such as lamb leg, duck leg confit or, most simply, a platter of semi-dry goat's cheese.
