Description
Silky, with notes of smoke, beeswax, honey, and dried fruit. The taste is smooth with a slight sweetness. There's a hint of candied fruit.
Pinot Gris is ideal for white meat dishes with, for example, a morel sauce.
It also goes well with game terrine, Comté cheese or Asian dishes such as Peking duck.
